When it was announced that BTS (Bangtan Sonyeodan) member V will be participating in “Hwarang”, which is his first ever K-drama, Armies (as fans of BTS are lovingly known as) got into a frenzy. Months later, more good news hit fans, as it was revealed that V and fellow member Jin will be participating in the OST for the drama.

And now, the music video for “Even If I Die, It’s You (죽어도 너야)” has been released! It was made public on KBS2’s official Twitter just yesterday (Wednesday, 4th January)

“Hwarang”, which is KBS2’s latest drama, boasts a stellar cast. It tells the story of Moo Myung, a young man of low status, who turns his life around by becoming a Hwarang warrior and stars Park Seo Joon, Go Ara, Park Hyung Sik (from ZE:A), Choi Min Ho (from SHINee), Do Ji Han, Kim Tae Hyung (V from BTS), and more.

Although the music video doesn’t feature the singers, it shows several scenes from the drama. We witness the antics of the various pretty boys, and we also see them banding up together as one. The 3-minute clip does a nice job of introducing the drama to those who haven’t started watching it.

“Hwarang” is 100% pre-produced and it premiered on KB2TV on 19th December 2016. It airs every Monday and Tuesday at 10pm KST (9pm Malaysian time) and will run for 20 episodes.
