“Without sacrifice, there can be no victory.”
Paramount Pictures has finally released the first trailer for “Transformers: The Last Knight”, the 5th film in the “Transformers” saga. Helmed by Michael Bay, the upcoming film sees the return of “Transformers: Age of Extinction” stars Mark Wahlberg, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson, and Stanley Tucci.
Penned by “Iron Man” writers Art Marcum and Matt Holloway as well as Ken Nolan (of “Black Hawk Down” fame), the autobots featured in the film are Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Drift, Hound, Crosshairs, Hot Rod, and more.
Though plot details are still kept tightly under wraps, the trailer shows everything what fans want to see in a “Transformers” movie: robots tearing each other apart and loud (and big) explosions.
While the clip opens with a bloody, medievel battle scene and a narration by Sir Anthony Hopkins, it ends with Bumblebee charging at Optimus Prime.

To further tease fans, Paramount showed off some baby Dinobots prior to the games. The pre-game video was uploaded to the film’s Facebook page and it includes the introduction of Slug, Grimlock, as well as Strafe.
The video was filmed in a commentary style, with a “football announcer” talking about the baby Dinobots as if they were athletes.
Slated for release on 23rd June 2017, “Transformers: The Last Knight” also stars Isabela Moner (of “Growing Up Fisher” fame) as the film’s female lead, Izabella, Liam Carrigan (of “Once Upon a Time” fame) as King Arthur, and Santiago Cabrera as a Mercenary who works with the Transformers Reaction Force.
