Though plot details are still kept tightly under wraps, the trailer shows everything what fans want to see in a “Transformers” movie: robots tearing each other apart and loud (and big) explosions.

While the clip opens with a bloody, medievel battle scene and a narration by Sir Anthony Hopkins, it ends with Bumblebee charging at Optimus Prime.

UPDATE (6th February, 12:30pm):

Paramount Pictures debuted a brand new Super Bowl TV spot for the 5th “Transformers” movie, “Transformers: The Last Knight”. In addition to the new trailer, the studio dropped a new plot summary. It reads:

“Humans and Transformers are at war, Optimus Prime is gone. The key to saving our future lies buried in the secrets of the past, in the hidden history of Transformers on Earth. Saving our world falls upon the shoulders of an unlikely alliance: Cade Yeager (played by Mark Wahlberg), Bumblebee; an English Lord (played by Sir Anthony Hopkins), and an Oxford Professor (played by Laura Haddock).”

To further tease fans, Paramount showed off some baby Dinobots prior to the games. The pre-game video was uploaded to the film’s Facebook page and it includes the introduction of Slug, Grimlock, as well as Strafe.

The video was filmed in a commentary style, with a “football announcer” talking about the baby Dinobots as if they were athletes.
