The boys of NCT 127 have sure been busy. After making their debut in July 2016, the group has released multiple singles (“Taste The Feeling” and “Switch”) and attended various music festivals.
The members are now back with a new track, “Limitless (무한적아)”, and they have surprised fans with not 1, but 2 different versions of the music video. The “Rough Version” and “Performance Version” of the MVs were released at midnight today (Thursday, 5th January).

The track will be included in the album of the same name and 5 more tracks will also be recorded in it, including “Baby Don’t Like It”, “Good Thing”, “Angel”, “Back 2 U (AM 01:27)”, and “Rollercoaster”. Member Mark and leader Taeyong have also written lyrics for 4 of the tracks in the album.
“Limitless” is described as an addictive urban R&B song which features a unique rap and vocal style from the members of NCT 127. For this comeback, new members Doyoung and Johnny joined the team, thus giving the team an even more distinct identity.
The rough version of the music video gives us a 90s vibe, and it is also filled with experimental and at times, shaky, camerawork. This, added with the intentional amateurish-looking editing work, seems like a nod of respect to all the first-generation idols who are making their comeback in recent months. Meanwhile, the performance version is a lot more straightforward, as it shows fans the full choreography of the track.
Before you watch the music video, let us warn you that the smouldering stares of the boys might give you a slight heart attack ;)
