The wedding of Hallyu superstars Rain (real name Jung Ji Hoon) and Kim Tae Hee is currently taking place at a local Catholic church in Gahoe-dong, Seoul.
According to various South Korean Media outlets, Park Jin Young aka JYP and g.o.d.’s Park Jun Hyung were spotted going into the venue while PSY (real name Park Jae Sang), who is also the producer of Rain’s latest single “The Best Present”, is already inside the church.
It was reported that a selected group of close friends and family members were invited to the very private ceremony and full details such as time and place were announced on the morning (19th January) of the wedding itself.
On 17th January, Rain himself confirmed his wedding plans via a sweet handwritten letter on Instagram. In his note, he wrote, “It’s already been 16 years since I first debuted and many of my fans have grown into beautiful women and in many cases have become amazing mothers. I too am trying to become the head of a household as a husband and a man.”
The couple’s respective agencies, R.A.I.N. Company and Lua Entertainment, have stated that pictures of the wedding will be released after the ceremony.

Rain and Kim Tae Hee have released photos from their wedding!
The actress looks stunning in a white, lacey gown while the singer donned a black suit with a black tie. According to Koreaboo, the ceremony was very private and intimate, with heavy security surrounding the couple.
Kim Tae Hee even wrote a letter, thanking her fans. Her letter reads:
“Hello, this is Kim Tae Hee.
First and foremost, I would like to thank everyone for their congratulations and support despite the suddenness of the news.
Today is the first day of the long journey ahead of the two of us, and I would like the first step with the blessing of all of our fans who have loved and cherished us.
We will respect each other and make up for each other’s failings as we live our fullest.
I will repay you for the warmth and the moving moments you have shown me through your overflowing love as a wife and a more mature actress.
I will also live life as someone my partner can lean on and count as support.
I pray that this year is full of happiness and joy for all of you and please be careful not to catch a cold in this freezing weather. Once again I would like to thank everybody.
