Kim Soo Hyun (김수현) fans, listen up! Your favourite oppa might become a professional bowler 🙂
According to a source from the Korean Professional Bowling Association, the popular actor applied to participate in the tryouts for the 2016 class of professional bowlers.

The first round of tryouts will be held from 22nd – 23rd October and the second round will take place from 29th – 30th October. The final results will be announced around mid-November.
During a fan meeting in 2014, Kim revealed that his favourite sport/hobby is bowling and that he bowls with a 14 or 15-pound bowling ball. “I spend most of my free time bowling,” he said.

Having made his small screen debut in 2007, 28-year-old Kim Soo Hyun landed a lead role in KBS’ popular youth drama, “Jungle Fish” (정글피쉬), alongside actress Park Bo Young (from “Werewolf Boy”). He gained fame among young fans when he starred as small-town boy Song Samdong in musical drama “Dream High” (드림하이), which also stars miss A’s Suzy, 2PM ‘s Taecyeon and Wooyoung, IU, and T-ARA’s Eunjung. As the actor was the only non-idol cast, he had to study singing and dancing at JYP Entertainment for much-loved role.
Throughout Kim’s acting career, he has taken on both historical and modern roles. Some of his most memorable dramas include “Moon Embracing The Sun” (해를 품은 달), “My Love From The Star” (별에서 온 그대), “The Producers” (프로듀사). He also starred in Choi Dong Hoon’s critically-acclaimed star-studded heist film, “The Thieves” (도둑들).

The South Korean heartthrob has recently finished filming “Real” (리얼), an action film that is slated for release in 2017.
