Some people have pretty unusual fetishes – and we’ve heard of a few, from someone having a bald fetish to a man having a preference towards pregnant women. While we’re not here to shame anyone, it’s still pretty weird to directly ask someone you don’t know personally to cater to your fetish.
Taking to Twitter, a local influencer who goes by Farah shared a private message she received from a stranger on Instagram, along with the caption, “Is there an outbreak of stupid people? This is so stupid”. The message she received immediately starts with, “Hi you, I wanted to ask if you’re selling your used underwear? Particularly the ones you haven’t washed.” Right from the bat, it’s clear the message came from someone who has an underwear fetish – but the message gets even crazier.
The stranger said, “If possible, I’d prefer the one (underwear) that you just took off after working out or jogging. The one that’s soiled with sweat. The sweatier, the better. If possible, immediately remove the underwear drenched in sweat after exercising, pack it and post it to me.” The man added, “I’m serious about buying, just let me know the price. Seriously, it’s urgent.”
Of course, the message was not well received by Farah – and by netizens, who shared their reaction to the man’s demand. Many were disgusted by the stranger’s message, saying the influencer should block and report the messenger. Some also revealed the man could have more wicked intentions because underwear can be used in black magic to cast a spell on someone.
However, others urged Farah to give in to the man’s request, saying it’s an easy money grab. Some said Farah could buy new underwear, dirty it with trash and send him the decoy. Some netizens also pointed out that the request was urgent, prompting more questions and jokes.
If you’re curious, underwear fetish is a thing and there is a demand for used underwear – so maybe the man just didn’t reach out to the right person for his request.
