The news of Heeseung’s (희승) sudden departure from ENHYPEN (엔하이픈) is still making headlines, with fans continuing to oppose BELIFT LAB’s decision. Meanwhile, the rest of the group proceeded with their scheduled activities, sparking heartbreaking reactions.
On 11th March 2026 (Wednesday), the ENHYPEN members, minus Heeseung, participated in an online fansign event as part of the promotional activities for their “Knife” comeback. The fansign marked the group’s first appearance since Heeseung’s departure, so ENGENEs (ENHYPEN fans) were understandably cautious about their reactions.

@skzfelix005 Their eyes look so swollen bro.. it feels so empty ,like heeseung supposed to be here with them …and jungwon trying to act bubbly , sunoo almost crying …ugh.. I can’t rn broo . Idk if tmr or today but there supposed to be performing in Australia… so I keep u guys updated.. #enhypenot7 #heeseungleaving#enhypen#kpopfyp
As usual, fans began sharing clips and photos from the fansign shortly after the session began. However, the members’ actions during some sessions sparked heartbreak within the online community. During one call, member Sunoo (선우) even teared up upon seeing a crying fan. ENGENEs also noted that all the members looked particularly sad during the call session.
Many expressed concern for ENHYPEN members, noting that they may be under a lot of pressure due to the current situation, yet they must remain professional. Fans who participated in the event also claimed that they weren’t allowed to mention Heeseung or allude to the current situation during the call, sparking accusations that BELIFT LAB is “censoring” fans.
Besides the online fansign, members Jake (제이크) and Jay (제이) also made an appearance on Australia’s “The Morning Show” earlier today (Thursday, 12th March 2026). During their interview, the hosts shared several questions for the two members, including how many rehearsals they did for their upcoming performance at the Hello Melbourne music festival.
@enhypensimpp “changes in choreo and formation” which means they practiced for the festival as ot7 and heeseung wasn’t meant to leave.. (I hate belift) engenes let’s keep fighting for the members and for our heeseung! enhypen is 7! #ENHYPEN #엔하이픈 #추천 #fyp #enhypensimpp @enhypen
While the question seemed typical, Jake and Jay’s response garnered attention online. The duo explained that the group had to do many rehearsal sessions. However, they emphasised that there have been changes in the choreography and the formation recently. Many ENGENEs believed Jake and Jay were indirectly speaking about Heeseung’s departure.
Fans continue to express support for ENHYPEN while still protesting about Heeseung’s departure, following a growing speculation that BELIFT LAB kicked him out of the group. Whatever happens, we wish all the best for the group and all its members.
