Domestic abuse after marriage can be terrifying and traumatising so it’s important to recognise all the red flags when you’re still in the dating phase as you have a better chance of escaping that toxic relationship. Multiple female celebs have shared their share their experience of being beaten by their boyfriends.
Most would expose their abusive lovers themselves through social media but in this case, it was a fan who accused their idol’s boyfriend of allegedly hitting the singer and even showed the bruises on her arms to prove it. Here’s what we know so far:
A Dolla fan page on Instagram posted a Story supposedly of member Syasya’s arm covered in bruises. The source of the photo was not disclosed but it was alleged that the bruises were caused by the singer’s boyfriend. “To the man who did this, you’re lucky you weren’t exposed! This is too much! How dare you hit Syasya like that? Men are supposed to protect women! Who knew that you’d be like this?” the fan wrote.
The admin for the @Idolla.fansdolla_ account did not specify what exactly happened that led to the boyfriend allegedly hitting the celeb. The fan page did, however, end the post by requesting for the public to give the Dolla member some privacy as she’s currently on holiday with her family in South Korea.
“If anyone wishes to interview her about this then please refrain from doing so now. She wants to relax and spend time with her family. #JusticeForSyasyaDolla,” said the Dolla fan. At the time of writing, the 22-year-old has yet to address the alleged abuse that she endured.
Going through her Instagram stories, we can confirm that Syasya has been spending time with her family in Korea as she shared a screenshot of the country’s temperature readings as well as a video of them at a petting zoo on IG Stories. Other members of DOLLA and Universal Music Malaysia have also yet to address the allegations.
If any of this turns out to be true then we hope Syasya will get all the necessary help to deal with the situation.
