It appears that the White Rabbit candy trend still going strong.
You’ve may have already tried White Rabbit Milk Candy ice cream and White Rabbit Milk Tea, but what about White Rabbit Cake?
In conjunction with last weekend’s Mother’s Day, The Pine Garden launched 2 new cake flavours including White Rabbit cake. It’s essentially “a vanilla milk cake with milk cream, studded with soft, homemade milk candy chunks”. It’s not exactly White Rabbit candies per se but from similar ingredients (although some would argue it has a heavier taste than the original).
Besides White Rabbit cake, the bakery also debuted Milk Tea Brown Sugar Bubble Tea Cake. It’s a black tea sponge cake infused with milk tea cream and finished off with milk tea syrup. The bubble tea pearls dots brown sugar kanten jelly cubes.
In addition, The Pine Garden also sells Black Sesame Yuzu (Reduced Sugar) cake, Cat Mountain King Durian cake, and Pulut Hitam cake. Cakes are priced at $4.50 (RM13.70) a slice; $38 (RM115) for half kg; $58 (RM176) a kg, and $87 (RM265) for 1.5kg.
The bad news? The Pine Garden is located in Singapore 🙁
