Swiss watchmaker Longines hosted an exclusive event in the heart of Kuala Lumpur to celebrate the launch of the new Longines Master Collection. With elegance having long been at the heart of Longines, the evening offered guests an immersive introduction to a collection that has embodied Longines’ watchmaking expertise and timeless elegance for more than 20 years.
Reimagined for a new generation, the redesigned Longines Master Collection presents an expanded range of men’s and women’s timepieces, reaffirming its place among the brand’s true icons of elegance.
Hosted at Yap Ah Shak House, the evening transported guests into the world of the Home of Elegance, offering an immersive introduction to the new Longines Master Collection.
Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed a full display of the new Longines Master Collection as they transitioned through a series of thoughtfully curated immersive spaces, each offering unique experiences that reflected a sense of warmth, authenticity and effortless style.
As one of the highlights, the Home of Elegance campaign for the new Longines Master Collection featuring the brand’s Ambassadors of Elegance – Henry Cavill, Kate Winslet, Jennifer Lawrence, Eddie Peng, Zhao Liying and Yosh Yu- was also showcased at the event. Within this universe, these figures embody a collective expression of timeless style and elegance, reflecting the new Longines Master Collection timepieces.
Bringing the Home of Elegance campaign to life, guests were also treated to a memorable photography experience with Longines, where their portraits were creatively captured within an elegant, immersive setting. Each moment was transformed into a keepsake, with guests receiving an exclusive printed photograph to take home.
As the evening continued, guests were treated to a specially curated menu, thoughtfully reimagined through contemporary techniques and unexpected flavour pairings. Each course was an expression of refined creativity, celebrating elegance in every detail and complementing the evening dedicated to the timeless sophistication of Longines.
First introduced in 2005, the Longines Master Collection has entered a new chapter with a redesigned line-up that reflects the brand’s watchmaking craftsmanship. The collection features refined three-hand models, a moonphase chronograph and, for the first time, a monopusher chronograph inspired by Longines’ pioneering wrist-worn monopusher chronographs of the early twentieth century.
