Skrillex and Diplo, otherwise known by their joint stage name Jack Ü, teaming up has honestly been one of the best things to happen in the dance music industry. Currently one of the hottest duos, they first released their hit single “Take Ü There” featuring Kiesza late last year and has since continued to release their debut album Skrillex and Diplo present Jack Ü which includes the chart topping single “Where Are Ü Now” featuring Justin Bieber.

Highly addictive and groovy, it’s really no wonder that the track danced its way to the top of Billboard’s Dance/Electronic Streaming Songs chart. Featuring a more toned down vibe yet dynamic Skrillex sounds and Diplo’s sharp dancehall stabs with an upbeat golden-age melody that blends perfectly with Bieber’s heartfelt singing, “Where Are Ü Now” is emotional, raw and just so heartfelt that it’s impossible to not listen to it on repeat.

Now, after a long wait, Jack Ü has released the official lyric video for the track. The clip is a cartoonish visual montage of Skrillex and Diplo on stage, snippets from their highly energetic sets and pretty much just the duo living the high-life as well as pictures of Justin and wordings to the lyrics of the song.

To make things even more exciting, Skrillex and Diplo also delivered four new remixes for the smash hit. The remixes come from EDM maestros Kaskade, Rustie, and Marshmello and newcomer Ember Island.

Personally, we love Kaskade’s remix of the track. Let us know which one’s yours by sounding off in the comments box below. Enjoy!

UPDATE (1st July):

The highly anticipated official music video for Jack Ü and Justin Bieber’s smash hit “Where Are Ü Now” finally reached us earlier this week and it’s one of the trippiest music videos we’ve seen. Set against a flip-boo backdrop fan-made art, the video directed by Brewer features Jack Ü’s LA fans dropping by a local art gallery, expressing their artistic vision all over hundreds of frames from then-unreleased “Where Are Ü Now” music video.

The video does not include a cameo from Skrillex and Diplo, fully leaving the limelight on Bieber. Featuring a gorgeous mix of crazy fan art and brilliant editing, the video features mostly shots of Bieber dancing while his skin transforms into a constantly shifting painted canvas.

As seen on Facebook, the video for “Where Are Ü Now” comes with a little thank you note from Jack Ü. It reads:

“We are being overwhelmed, in a good way, by the success of “Where Are Ü Now” with Justin Bieber, so with the video we wanted to just take it back to the beginning of the record & essentially create an ode to our fans. Doing what we do, it’s entirely all about the fans. We walk a fine line by being “famous” and in the public eye but we are only here because of you, the fans. Justin wrote this record during a tough time in his life and it comes to us that sometimes, as artists, we are also just objects and we have to take that as much as we have to use that to create. We all do this for you, respect that you put us here and it’s Ü that made the video.” – JACK Ü
