While Z. Tao last song was an emotional affair that made us bawl our eyes out, his latest single is one that will make you party along to it.
Released yesterday (Monday, 18th July), the track is titled “Black White (AB)” and is supposedly part of his upcoming album “The Road“.
Dubbing himself “Swaggy T”, the song starts off with slow beats, with Z. Tao singing about a “perfect ending” turning into a “nightmare”. However, it transitions into a darker side of him, who starts rapping in English while throwing off a few curse words.
Throughout the music video, snippets of scenes showing both sides – the white and the black – of Z. Tao can be seen. It feels like an internal conflict is going on within the singer, but surprisingly, the ending isn’t what we expected.

Since Z. Tao’s departure from EXO, he’s been singing mellow songs as well as spitting out swear words, and it’s something that fans have never witnessed during his time in EXO.
However, he is ready to show fans his honest self in the near future, with plans to release his 1st studio album soon. The album, titled “The Road” is said to contain at least 4 songs, with each track accompanied by a music video. However, no release date has been set for the album, so it seems like fans will have to wait for an indefinite amount of time.
