For the first time in its history, Hong Kong Disneyland® is bringing its casting team to Malaysian soil. For performers across the country, this could be the most important audition of their lives.
On 20 (Saturday) and 21 (Sunday) June 2026, Hong Kong Disneyland® Casting Directors will hold Live Open Call Auditions at the Asia Ballet Academy, Menara KLGCC, Bukit Kiara, Kuala Lumpur directly recruiting Malaysian talent for one of Asia’s most-visited theme resort destinations. The Malaysian leg of this casting tour is managed by local experience and talent agency, Just Being Experiences (JBX).
The resort has a strong track record of discovering performers across Asia. Cast members from Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, the Philippines, Korea, and Thailand now perform across its stages every day. Malaysia joins that list for the first time.
Two days. Two roles. One shot.
Auditions are open for two performance tracks. The first is Character Performer — for artists with the warmth, physicality, and storytelling instinct to bring Disney and Pixar characters to life, from intimate character greetings to high-energy parade appearances.
The second is Dancer — for performers trained in jazz, ballet, or both, with the technique and stage presence to lead parades, anchor stage shows, and headline seasonal spectaculars seen by millions of guests each year.

The two-day programme opens with an exclusive workshop led by Hong Kong Disneyland® Casting Directors, offering a rare inside look at Disney’s performance standards and what it takes to perform at the resort before live auditions begin.
