L.E.G.Os, your favourite K-Pop girl group is finally back 🙂
As promised, Banana Culture Entertainment has released the music video for EXID’s (이엑스아이디) new track, titled “Night Rather Than Day” (낮보다는 밤), at 12pm KST on Monday (10th April).
“Night Rather Than Day” is the title track of the group’s 3rd mini-album, “Eclipse”, and it was written and produced by the group’s main rapper LE and Shinsadong Tiger aka Lee Ho Yang. Unlike the girls’ previous title tracks (read: “Up & Down”, “L.I.E”), the new track is a bright, funky number that places focus on the members’ vocal skills.
This also marks EXID’s first release without main vocalist Solji, who was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid) in December. When asked about Solji’s temporary absence, LE said, “‘Eclipse’ means a lunar eclipse. EXID temporarily has 4 members because Solji is focusing on recovering her health. The moon is slightly covered right now due to this lunar eclipse, but we will soon return as a full moon (with all 5 members).”

“Eclipse” consists of 6 tracks including “Boy”, “How Why”, “Velvet” (LE’s Solo), “Milk” (Hani’s Solo), and the instrumental version of “Night Rather Than Day”.
