Rado Novelties Event 2024
Rado is well known for its trendy, design-led watches that lead the way in the use of high-tech ceramics. During the unveiling of the watch brand’s 2024 novelties – which took place in Janda Baik, Bentong – the spotlight was shone on its latest collections. These new novelties not only allude to concepts of movement and freedom, but also signify a constant change through time.
Among the highlights that caught our eye were the Captain Cook High-Tech Ceramic Skeleton, the Rado Anatom Ceramic Watch, and the new Centrix Open Heart (which were worn by many of the female influencers and celebs present). Here’s what went down at the event:

Magical Ria Raya With HONOR
It was definitely our honour to celebrate the Raya festivities with HONOR. The tech company recently held their Magical Ria Raya event at the Crowne Plaza in Kuala Lumpur, where we also got to check out their latest products which include the star of the show, the HONOR Magic6 Pro!

Kiehl’s The Brightest Skin Experience With Bright
What’s better than having good skin? Seeing a superstar live in person, of course! Malaysian fans were screaming at the top of their lungs when Thai star Bright Vachirawit (ไบร์ท) made a special appearance at Kiehl’s Malaysia’s The Brightest Skin Experience event at Mid Valley Megamall, recently! Not only did the lucky winners get to take photos with the actor, but we also got to hear him sing some of his hit songs live on stage as well!

Battle Of The Reds Press Conference
“Red vs Red – who do you think will win?” That’s what was on everyone’s mind at the Battle of the Reds press conference on 25th April. At the special event, we were able to get a sneak peek at what to expect this Saturday as the Manchester Reds duke it out with the Liverpool Reds.
We also saw who would fight for both teams. The players’ lineup for Manchester Reds includes manager Dwight Yorke, alongside players David May, Wes Brown, Clayton Blackmore, Keith Gillespie, Ben Thornley, Eric Djemba Djemba, Paul Rachubka, Russell Beardsmore, Lee Martin, Danny Webber, Mikael Silvestre, Quinton Fortune, Dimitar Berbatov, Erik Nevland, and Dion Dublin, with Teddy Sheringham leading as captain.
For the Liverpool Reds, manager David James leads players Emile Heskey, Glen Johnson, John Arne Riise, Patrik Berger, Vladimir Smicer, Steve McManaman, Jason McAteer, Florent Sinama, John Durnin, David Thompson, Jermaine Pennant, Djibril Cisse, and Phil Babb, with Luis Garcia as captain.
The Championship Trophy, which has been meticulously crafted from fine pewter, was also unveiled at the event. Regardless of the outcome of the game, all participants will receive pewter plates in recognition of their good sportsmanship. The awards represent not only victory on the pitch, but also the spirit of excellence that both the Manchester and Liverpool Reds strive to maintain.

Calling all manga and anime fans! It’s time to once again visit Hajime Isayama’s exhilarating masterpiece when you visit “Attack on Titan: The Final Exhibition” at Fahrenheit88. Located on the 2nd floor, this latest installation takes you back to the very beginning of the series, from the simple life inside the Shinganshina District to the catastrophic Rumbling event.
Immerse yourself in this fascinatingly-tragic world not only by exploring iconic pages from the manga, but also by witnessing, for the first time, the first sketches from Isayama himself, as well as films, mementos, and much more. You can also participate in an interactive activity where you must choose a side and collect nine stamps scattered across the venue. Take your time and plan accordingly, as the exhibit will be here until 21st July.
