Previously, we recommended some of our favourite spots for you to visit in Pattaya. Apart from the fun attractions and Instagrammable spots, we know you’re probably curious about where you can have nice, delicious Thai meals in this popular city.

Well, we have a few places in mind that will surely tantalise your tastebuds. So pack your bags, book your next flight to Pattaya and eat to your heart’s contents at these 5 lovely cafes and restaurants:

1. Hard Rock Cafe

Since we stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel, of course, we had to try the food there. The Hard Rock Cafe is located right across from what is considered Asia’s premier beach and the menu offers a variety of mouth-watering Western food. We personally recommend you try one of the milkshakes cause it is to die for!

Opening hours: 5pm – 12am (Sunday – Thursday), 5pm – 1am (Friday – Saturday)

Address: 429 Moo 9, Pattaya Beach Road Nongprue, Pattaya 20150 Thailand

2. City Coffee Pattaya

Located not too far from the Pattaya City Signage is this adorable cosy little cafe, City Coffee Pattaya! Not only will you get to enjoy the magnificent view of the city but customers can also try the tasty pastries and addictive drinks. Our personal favourite was the hot cup of caramel macchiato.

Opening hours: 8am – 8pm (Tuesday – Sunday)

Address: WVF7+QX6, Unnamed Road, Pattaya City, Bang Lamung District, Chon Buri 20150, Thailand

3. Tappia Floating Cafe

We hope you’re not easily seasick cause you’re going to need a boat ride to Tappia Floating Cafe. This beautiful eatery is perfect for those who may want a romantic dinner with their partners, especially during dinner time.

If you’re not up for a full meal then don’t worry as the menu also offers some light snacks and dishes like nuggets and french fries. Of course, a meal in the middle of the sea is not complete without live music and customers would get to enjoy just that.

Opening hours: 4pm – 11pm (Monday – Thursday), 4pm-12am (Friday – Sunday)

Address: Bang Lamung District, Chon Buri 20150, Thailand

4. Pa Boon Cafe

This was probably one of our favourite ones. The entrance of Pa Boon Cafe felt like we entered an enchanting forest cause of the water mist system that turns on every 5 minutes. You’d also be happy to know that this cafe comes with a petting zoo! You can find adorable little animals roaming around the area or in their respective pens.

As for the food, of course, it was delightful. Our personal favourite was the fried rice and you have the option to enjoy your meal in one of those karaoke huts that you can rent out for a few hours.

Opening hours: 8am – 12am (Daily)

Address: 95 Nong Pla Lai, Bang Lamung District, Chon Buri 20150, Thailand

5. Amir Bistro

We had a fabulous dinner at this wonderful Halal-certified restaurant. Not only was the food delicious but the service was top-notch. If you ever decide to dine at Amir Bistro, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy an array of delectable options, including Pad Thai, succulent prawns, flavourful roast beef served with rice, and a variety of noodle dishes, among others.
