It’s the moment ARMYs all over the world have been waiting for! Ahead of BTS’ (방탄소년단) anniversary celebration and the members’ military discharge, “We Are Back” signs have been spotted around Seoul, sparking excitement.

In the early morning of 9th June 2025 (Monday), fans noticed a change in the HYBE Label building in Seoul, South Korea. The building now sports a wrapping with the phrase “We Are Back” and the official BTS and ARMY logos. Fans also spotted similar signage in other parts of the city. According to reports, the wrapping and fixtures are part of BTS’ anniversary celebrations, BTS Festa.

Fans also believe the “We Are Back” phrase is to celebrate the upcoming military discharge of members RM (알앰), V (뷔), Jimin (지민), Jungkook (정국) and Suga (슈가). The five members have been serving their mandatory military service since 2023. RM and V will be discharged on 10th June (Tuesday), while Jimin and Jungkook will be discharged on 11th June (Wednesday). Meanwhile, Suga will complete his service on 21st June (Saturday) as he enlisted as a public service worker.

With the five members’ upcoming discharge, the whole of BTS would’ve completed their mandatory military service, marking the end of a two-year group hiatus. The public now looks forward to seeing BTS’ long-awaited reunion and return to the entertainment industry. Previously, there were rumours that the group would release new music in 2025 and embark on a new tour in the coming year. Unfortunately, there are still no details on the group’s comeback.

Meanwhile, the 2025 edition of BTS Festa has already kicked off with new content featuring members Jin (진) and J-Hope (제이홉). This year, the BTS Festa offline event takes place on 13th and 14th June at the Korea International Exhibition Centre (KINTEX) in Seoul. The event will feature more than 20 exhibition booths across two halls. Also taking place on the 13th and 14th is the finale of J-hope’s “Hope On The Stage” tour at Goyang Stadium.

Since BTS Festa 2025 takes place after RM, V, Jimin and Jungkook’s discharge, fans hope the members will make a special appearance at the fan event. While there’s no confirmation yet, we’re sure the members have something up their sleeves for their beloved ARMYs. Are you ready for BTS’ return?
