K-pop icon G-Dragon (권지용) released his highly anticipated third studio album, “Übermensch” earlier last month – his first full-length solo project in over 11 years. With overwhelming praise from both fans and critics, it was only a matter of time before the BIG BANG member released the details for his upcoming world tour. Previously, it was announced that the rapper would be performing at the Singapore Grand Prix 2025.

Malaysian fans will no longer have to travel to the neighbouring country, as it has just been revealed that he will be making his way to our shores later this year! Earlier today (Wednesday, 19 March), Galaxy Corporation and AEG Presents Asia officially announced the G-DRAGON 2025 WORLD TOUR [Übermensch], marking the idol’s triumphant return to the global stage.

After a seven-year hiatus from solo projects, G-Dragon made a monumental comeback in 2024 with the release of his single “POWER”. Since then, fans have been eagerly awaiting a world tour, hoping to see the rapper live on stage once more. He offered a glimpse of what to expect with a surprise appearance at fellow member Taeyang (태양)’s concert last year, delivering an impromptu performance of “Good Boy”, reminding everyone why he’s considered a K-pop icon.

According to the announcement, the first phase of the upcoming tour will include eight major cities across Asia, beginning with two nights at the iconic Tokyo Dome. Malaysian fans will be thrilled to know that he’ll be performing in our country for not one, but two nights! Here are the details so far:
