4 Highlights From Pavilion Hotel’s Muhibbah Feast Buffet

For the coming Ramadhan, Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur managed by Banyan Tree will be holding a Muhibbah Feast buffet at The Courtyard throughout the holy month with plenty of local delicacies that will sure to please your appetite!

“We thought to honour the holy month of Ramadhan by serving the very dishes that embody unity and the cultures that make Malaysia what it is today, and what better way than to have dishes ranging from Malay, Chinese, Indian, and Peranakan cuisine.” said Anders Dimblad, General Manager of Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur.

The truly Malaysian buffet which is set to provide guests an enhanced dining experience will take place from 9th May 2019 and 2nd June 2019 at The Courtyard in Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur, from 6.30pm to 10.30pm. Here are some of the highlights from the family-friendly buffet.

Live performances and cooking

The chefs on deck will be showcasing their skills, preparing your food with the utmost flair and finesse at the live cooking stations. Guests will also be treated to the live performances at the event by local bands who will be playing all of your favourite Raya classics while you enjoy Malaysia’s finest cuisine.

Food variety

The Muhibbah Feast has a variety of food to please everyone’s palate. From the variety of dates flown in from the Middle East such as AJWA, Safawi, Rotab, and Sufri, to the various fruit and vegetable dishes such as the Penang Rojak, Ulam-ulam, Gado-gado and pickled fruits. For the main dishes, guests can choose from the many local delicacies available such as Satay, Nasi Lemak, Mee and Koay Teow Goreng, Roasted Lamb, Bubur Lambuk, and more. There is also a selection of thirst quenching local drinks such as Sugarcane juice, Soya Bean with Grass Jelly and Bandung.

Traditional desserts

After the main course, guests are free to try out Malaysia Classical Traditional Desserts menu where you get to choose from a sweet selection of Ais Kacang, Hari Raya Biscuits, Bread and Butter Pudding and various cakes. There will also be assorted freshly cut local fruits from 8.15pm onwards for those that are looking for juicier bites.

Affordable price

Early bird promotion of RM98 nett per adult and RM49 nett per child is available from now until 8th May 2019. For bookings made after the promo date, the price will be RM135 nett per adult, and RM68 per child. Group purchases of 10 persons are also available, where two persons eat free with every eight persons paying full fare.
