It would seem that SOULed Out’s new year resolution is to create the ultimate barbecue heaven for meat lovers.
SOULed Out’s flagship outlet located in Kuala Lumpur recently unveiled their new open kitchen – complete with wood-fired pizza oven, grill and a tandoor oven to give you a wholesome barbecue experience.
Aptly named ‘ChillnGrill’, all you have to do is sit back and sip on some refreshing cocktails with your friends or family while the chefs do all the work for you. The open-kitchen concept lets you watch the entire grilling process without having to do any of the work. You can choose to have chicken, beef, or lamb as they are, or on a pizza – it’s entirely up to you.

SOULed Out’s ‘ChillnGrill’ menu is divided into 3 sections; From the Woodfired Oven is for the pizza lover in you, From The Tandoor offers delicious slow-grilled lamb and chicken options, while From The Grill will drive you crazy with their juicy steaks, and beef and chicken skewers.
That’s not all. The menu also offers a wide selection of sides and special sauces. You can enjoy your grilled meat with baby spinach, tomato cucumber salad, mixed mushrooms, garlic mash, Belgian fries, herb rice, garden salad, or parmesan broccoli.
To kick it up a notch, pair them sauce Diane, 3 trumpet, Cepes jus, apple muscatel, or sauce Vierge. Also make sure to try their smoked bacon, chimichurri, chermoula, and herb mustard dips.
Just head over to SOULed OUT Kuala Lumpur any day after 5pm (which is right after work) and treat yourself to perfect barbecue afternoon – grilled only by the best hands in the kitchen.
