“You’ve seen them team up, now watch them get down.”
A short teaser for the upcoming “The Flash” and ” Supergirl” musical crossover finally aired on Monday (6th March). The special episodes will feature Melissa Benoist and Grant Gustin‘s “Glee” co-star Darren Criss aka Blaine Anderson as the Meister.

The musical will start off with “Supergirl” on 20th March. The episode, titled “Star-Crossed”, will introduce Criss’ villain. It then continues with “The Flash”‘s episode 3.17, titled “Duet”, on 21st March.
The plot for “Duet” is as follows:
“Barry (played by Grant Gustin) and team are surprised when Mon-El (played by Chris Wood) and Hank Henshaw (guest star David Harewood) arrive on their Earth carrying a comatose Supergirl (played by Melissa Benoist) who was whammied by the Music Meister (played by Darren Criss). Unable to wake her up, they turn to Team Flash to save her. However, the Music Meister surprises The Flash and puts him in a similar coma, one that Team Flash can’t cure. Kara and Barry wake up without their powers in an alternate reality where life is like a musical and the only way to escape is by following the script, complete with singing and dancing, to the end.”
