Super Junior released “Devil” in September 2015, and it was a farewell gift to fans as majority of the members had to fulfill their mandatory military service. So far, Eunhyuk, Siwon, and Donghae are still in the military, but they are slated to be released in June and August. Meanwhile, Ryeowook just started his conscription on 11th October and Kyuhyun is slated to enlist this year.
The current active members are Leeteuk, Heechul, and Yesung, who completed their service as early as 2015. Shindong and Sungmin also recently made their return to much fanfare.

While fans are expecting at least 8 members to join in the comeback, it remains to be seen if Kangin, who is on an indefinite hiatus due to his DUI (drinking under the influence) incident, will be participating in the album release.
