We’ve had a multitude of unique-flavoured desserts in recent years, like the Lychee Pie, Reese’s Peanut Butter McFlurry, as well as the Cendol Sundae Cone, all thanks to McDonald’s.
And now, the fast food chain has presented us with 4 brand new desserts, the Mango Ice Cream, Mango Pie, Hershey’s-flavoured Ice Cream, and Rainbow Cake. The desserts formally hit stores in stages starting from last Thursday (21st July).
For those who love mangoes, you can get your fair share of it at any McDonald’s outlets. If you are a fan of ice cream, there’s the Mango Sundae and Mango McFlurry; if not, there’s always the Mango Pie to fall back on!
As for customers who prefer the simpler things in life, the fast food outlet has something prepared for you too. While Chocolate-flavoured Sundae Cone used to be a fan favourite, it was discontinued a few years ago. Fortunately, it is now back, and better than ever! Infused with Hershey’s Chocolate, the irresistible Hershey’s Sundae Cone comes in 2 varieties, the full Chocolate Sundae Cone as well as Chocolate and Vanilla Mix Sundae Cone.
Also in stores are 2 new McCafe menus, the Himalayan Tea and Rainbow Cake. The Himalayan Tea is a mix of milk tea infused with spices, while the Rainbow Cake, true to its name, is a colourful sponge cake.
Take note that McCafes are only available in selected McDonald’s stores, so remember to check before you rush off to your nearest outlet.
If desserts are not your thing, ‘fret not. You won’t have to settle for the same old food, as McDonald’s is introducing their all-new Rio Burger. Made of succulent char-grilled beef patty with a drizzle of McDonald’s unique Rio sauce, the burger is guaranteed to tingle your taste buds with a tinge of spiciness and burst of fresh vegetables.
However, the new offerings are available for a limited time only, so be quick!
