Grab Malaysia has introduced a new feature to its Grab Dine Out experience with the launch of Book Table, allowing consumers to discover, browse and instantly reserve tables at participating restaurants, directly through the Grab app.

The launch of Book Table represents Grab’s next step in making dining out as easy and seamless as ordering in. Through Grab Dine Out, consumers can explore and enjoy exclusive dining deals across thousands of restaurants. With the introduction of Book Table, Grab now offers a complete dining journey, from restaurant discovery to reservation and savings, all within one platform.

Tan Jiong Jian, Director of Commercial and Deliveries, Grab Malaysia, said, “At Grab, we continue to look for ways to enhance convenience and empower consumers in their daily lives. With Book Table, dining out becomes as seamless as ordering in. Consumers can now discover restaurants, view menus and reviews, and secure a reservation instantly within the same app – all while earning GrabCoins too. It’s a natural extension of Grab’s mission to make every moment, from mealtime to mobility, simpler and more valuable.”

Beyond consumer convenience, Book Table aims to help merchant-partners on the platform optimise their operations by managing bookings more effectively. Moreover, it also provides them with an additional avenue to grow their offline business by leveraging the wide pool of consumers on the Grab platform looking for dining options.

The new feature is currently available with participating merchant-partners in the Klang Valley, with expansion to more cities planned in the coming months. To celebrate the launch, consumers will receive 150 GrabCoins for every successful table booking made through Grab Dine Out.
