Earlier this week, netizens were flabbergasted by the price of this abandoned “mini jungle” mansion located near Suria KLCC. The estate is currently being listed for approximately RM69 million and many have questioned if the uninhabited home surrounded by overgrown greenery is actually worth its price.
While this other home is not as expensive nor is it located in the city, Malaysians were still blown away by it, mostly because of the interior design. Many even wondered if it once belonged to a certain celebrity. Let’s find out more:

Recently, a real estate agent who goes by Zubir Jafre posted a house listing on an advertisement group on Facebook. As seen in the photos shown above, the terrace house has been renovated and stands out amongst the other houses in the neighbourhood. Although the exterior does look somewhat impressive, it was the house’s interior that had left many lost for words.
The inside of the house looks like it came straight out of a movie so it’s no wonder that the property is being listed for RM1.4 million. The post of the 3,187 square feet home, located in Alam Impian, Shah Alam, showcased how stunning the inner parts of the house are – offering ample space with 5+1 bedrooms and 5+1 bathrooms and built-in kitchen cabinets. Our first thought was that this luxury property looked more like a hotel than a normal terrace house.

The listing went viral and many said that the owner has impeccable taste when it comes to the house’s interior design. So now begs the question, who is the owner of this beautiful estate? Sadly, the real answer to that question is unknown but from the comments section, netizens were immediately reminded of comedian Shuk Sahar’s old home which he had no choice but to sell off for RM1.2 million last year to pay off some debt.
At first glance, the two houses do bear some similarities. Since both houses are located in Shah Alam, it’s no wonder some people may have mistaken the viral terrace house for the comedian’s old property. Apart from the differences in interior design, another difference is that the RM1.4 million house is in Alam Impian whereas Shuk’s former abode is in Denai Alam. Even the real estate agent had to clarify that these two houses were not the same.

Regardless, even if it was the same house, netizens would still find it impressive. Would you buy this house if given the chance? Watch this TikTok for a tour inside:
