If you’re in debt then you’d have to resort to whatever means to settle it (legally, of course), else it’ll turn into something worst. Some would have to work extra hours or multiple jobs while others may have no choice but to resort to more dangerous alternatives. As heartbreaking as it can be, a safer option would be to let go of some of your assets.
Earlier this year, Malaysian comedian and former radio announcer Shuk Sahar had to bid farewell to his RM1.2 million home in Denai Alam in order to pay off some debt as well as to take care of his family. If you’ve been wondering how his luxury house looks like, this real estate agent is here to give you all the details:

TikTok user @syafirulizwan or Syafirul is a real estate agent who also regularly posts house tours and reviews on his profile since October of this year. Most if not half of his content showcase luxury houses owned by celebrities and millionaires around the world. One of the recent videos that he posted last week managed to gain 1.9 million views.
In the TikTok video, the real estate agent gave a “tour” around Shuk Sahar’s RM1.2 million Elmina Ferrea house that has apparently been sold. He pointed out that the house didn’t always look that way as the comedian did some major renovations to it after purchasing it. The content creator even showed the before-and-after renovation photos of the house.
We can see that the former radio announcer, who admitted to cheating on his wife, spent a ridiculous amount of money for the house to look the way it is now. The balcony is replaced with a lounging and gaming area enclosed in a glass room that’s directly connected to the master bedroom. The house’s interior has a European-inspired design to make it look a lot more spacious and luxurious.

“It’s a shame that he had to let go of this house. I’m sure he made lots of memories here but he needs to move on and survive,” said Syafirul toward the end of the video. Netizens commented on the TikTok post with many being astounded by the design and renovations made to the house. Others hoped that Shuk has learned his lesson after his scandals and not revert back to his bad habits.
