Vivy Yusof‘s contract as the member of Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM)’s board of directors officially comes to an end today (Monday, 28th September).
The surprising news was announced on UiTM’s Instagram page earlier today, in which they thanked the fashion icon for her contribution throughout her one-year and four-month long tenure with the university.

The university posted a statement that reads, “Thank you to Ybhg. Datin Vivy Yusof for your dedicated service as a member of UiTM’s board. From the chairman of the board of directors, fellow board members, and also the university’s executive management.”
For the uninitiated, Vivy was officially appointed as one of UiTM’s board members on 26th May 2019. Her appointment was met with mixed remarks from numerous people at the time the news was made public. Back in May this year, she celebrated her one-year milestone by sharing her future goals that she has set in mind for the local learning institution.
So far, she has yet to address the news on her social media. But still, we wish Vivy all the best in her future endeavours. 🙂
