If you’re a fan of “K-Pop Demon Hunters” and/or TWICE (트와이스), then you definitely know of Jihyo (지효), Jeongyeon (정연) and Chaeyoung’s (채영) version of “TAKEDOWN”. Well, the trio recently did a special performance of the track where they “transformed” into the real life HUNTR/X (헌트릭스).
On 4th June 2026 (Thursday), TWICE performed at The O2 Arena in London as part of their “THIS IS FOR” world tour. The show marked their last international stop for the tour, which began in July 2025. Since it was the girl group’s last overseas stop for the tour, it’s no surprise that they had some special stages planned for the fans.

For example, for their performance of “TAKEDOWN”, Jihyo, Jeongyeon and Chaeyoung changed things up a little to honour the original HUNTR/X members. The trio performed the track while donning similar hairstyles to Rumi, Mira and Zoey, sparking excitement among the audience.
It’s worth noting that it wasn’t the idol’s first time performing the song live, since the track has been part of the tour setlist since early this year. However, many fans agreed that the HUNTR/X-inspired look added an extra flair to the performance. Not only that, but the trio also ended their stage by copying HUNTR/X’s iconic pose from the official film poster.
Jihyo, Jeongyeon and Chaeyoung would mimic the pose again later in the concert during a talk segment, once again prompting cheers from the crowd. Unfortunately, there might not be a high-quality image of the moment, as the three TWICE members later noted in an Instagram exchange that they forgot to take a photo in their HUNTR/X hairstyles and pose.

Nevertheless, fans were elated at the adorable surprise on the tour’s last overseas show. The “THIS IS FOR” world tour will officially conclude with a three-day finale show in Seoul on 10th, 11th and 12th July 2026, just under a year after the tour began. The tour has been TWICE’s biggest tour to date, with 81 shows across Asia, North America and Europe.
We’re sure the girls have more surprises up their sleeves for the Seoul finale show to finish the tour with a bang. Who knows, perhaps fans can even anticipate a more elaborate performance of “TAKEDOWN”.
