BLACKPINK has been extremely busy touring the world and their latest stop was at Hanoi, Vietnam. The girls, as always, put on an unforgettable show for BLINKs but one particular moment stood out and it left everyone feeling both entertained and concerned.
At one point during the concert, an unexpected “guest” came up on stage, causing one of the members to feel extremely terrified and in distress. Watch what happened:

Yesterday (Tuesday, 1st August), a BLINK posted a video on Twitter of an incident that occurred during the BLACKPINK concert that took place the night before at the Mỹ Đình National Stadium in Hanoi, Vietnam. In the video posted, the members were performing their hit “Lovesick Girls” when suddenly, a bug flew onto the stage, causing Jennie (김제니) to panic.
Known for being scared of insects, Jennie was visibly terrified and uncomfortable throughout the entire performance but still kept it professional by finishing the performance for the fans. At one point, Rosé (로제) noticed Jennie’s distress and giggled from amusement. Finally, during the track’s climax, the girls ran back to the main stage with the scared idol being the first to (happily) make the move.
The video went viral on social media and fans were amused by the singer’s panic expressions during the “Lovesick Girls” performance. Many said they can relate to the “SOLO” artist’s struggles but they also applauded her professionalism for finishing the song rather than leaving the stage mid-performance.
Apparently, Jennie wasn’t the only ‘victim’ that evening as there were also videos of Lisa (리사), Rosé, and Jisoo (김지수) being startled by insects that flew onto the stage during their concert. Thankfully, no idols nor insects were harmed during the show. Let’s hope that BLACKPINK is doing okay and that no bugs will fly or crawl onto the stage for their upcoming shows.
