Normally, when a group parts ways with its label, the chances of disbandment are quite high. Thankfully for GOT7 fans, that wasn’t the case. Many appreciate that the boys have remained together and continued to release new music as a group whenever their schedules align. That said, as close as they are as friends and colleagues, it wouldn’t be wrong to say that they’ve had their fair share of disagreements and arguments, particularly during their early days.
Many of you may already be familiar with some of the stories the group has shared over the years, but for those who are only just getting to know the idols, there might be a few things you’ve yet to learn. Regardless, there’s always something new for fans to discover about the group and its members. Recently, Mark Tuan (段宜恩/마크투안) revealed the two members he used to argue with the most. Curious? Let’s find out who they are:

Earlier this week, Mark Tuan appeared as a guest on the latest episode of “The Daebak Show”, hosted by Eric Nam. The singer opened up about GOT7’s most recent comeback, his journey as an artist, and the things he wished he had done when he was younger. At one point during the broadcast, the two played a trivia game where they had to guess each other’s answers to questions prepared for them.
One of the questions asked was: “Which GOT7 member did Mark fight with the most?” Mark revealed that he argued most often with either JAY B or Jackson Wang. “I don’t really remember, but it was one of the two. I used to argue with JAY B during our trainee days, while Jackson… he just argues with everybody,” he said, as Eric laughed, amused by his answer.

The “Silhouette” artist went on to clarify that Jackson is a very emotional person who expresses his feelings openly, which can sometimes lead to arguments. As for JAY B, their disagreements mostly stemmed from his role as the leader, as he had to ensure everything was in order. Another moment during the episode that stood out was when Mark admitted that he wished he had started learning music earlier, so he’d have more confidence and motivation to keep improving.
“If I had stepped out of my comfort zone, I’d probably be able to write better, produce, and play instruments. But I was too comfortable, and I didn’t want to push myself to grow, so now, if I wanted to pick it up, it’d be harder,” he confessed. With the opportunities he has now, we’re sure he’ll continue to work hard and improve with each new release.
