This Grab delivery rider probably did not expect to earn some extra cash by simply running into a local influencer at a shopping centre. Watch:

A local TikToker known as @mrbeast_malaysia warmed the hearts of many after posting a video of him giving away money to a Grab Rider in a somewhat unusual way. In the 32-second video posted above, the influencer was seen going down the escalator of an IKEA shopping centre where he then reached out to tape a RM50 note on the back of a Grab delivery rider’s shoulder.
Confused, the rider looked over thinking that the content creator wanted to say hi but then quickly realised that he had something stuck on his body. After realising that the stranger had left him a generous tip, the Grab employee immediately went back down the escalator to thank the man who had given him the money.
The video has since gone viral with 1.4 million views so far and netizens praised @mrbeast_malaysia for his generosity. Some even applauded the Grab rider for going all the way back down the escalator to the lower floor level to express his gratitude to the influencer.
For your information, this wasn’t the time the public figure had done something like this. Taking the same name as the American YouTuber MrBeast, who is known for giving away large sums of money to strangers, the local TikTok has been doing the same in previous videos where he would mostly tape RM50 notes on other people to surprise them.
