Local entrepreneur Datuk Seri Aliff Syukri may be a polarising figure. However, he has shown the public how much he loves and cares about his family. Recently, the social media personality and his wife revealed that they gifted their eldest son a new Porsche car!
On 8th October 2025, Aliff’s wife, Datin Seri Nur Shahida, shared a video on her Instagram account, revealing that the couple had recently gifted their 17-year-old son, Ammar Ahyan, a black Porsche 718 Cayman. In her post, the public figure explained that the entrepreneurial couple long planned to purchase a car for their son, noting that it would be easier for him to travel to college.
As shown in the video, Ammar was jumping in excitement over his new car. The teenager, who just passed his driver’s test in July, immediately embraced his parents to show his gratitude. While Shahida noted that her son did ask for a car, she clarified that Ammar never requested any specific brand or model. It’s believed that the Porsche Cayman, which costs roughly RM350,000, was Aliff and Shahida’s choice to show their love for their firstborn.
Despite the enviable and luxurious gift, the two social media personalities reminded their son to remain humble and never leave his prayers, saying that he should always remain grateful to God. Aliff and Shahida also spoke with their younger children about Ammar’s new car, saying they will continue to work hard to ensure all their kids receive the same blessings. They also advised their children to continue supporting them in their business endeavours.
In the comment section, many netizens envied Ammar’s new car. However, most said that the teen deserved the gift for helping his parents in their business. Some also praised how Aliff and Shahida raise their children, saying that the two are generous but still strict when it comes to education and religious teachings. It’s also worth noting that the couple’s children are often involved in their business and have helped out in promotion and sales.
