There have been countless cases of women and men being sexually harassed in public. Most of the time, the offender would try to be as discreet as possible to avoid unwanted attention but there was one case where one streamer proudly assaulted his guest live on stream.

Over the weekend, a Korean woman decided to do a livestream of her day out in Hong Kong. The content creator was trying to find the best route to her destination when suddenly a man approached her at a train station. As seen in the video above, the man at first put his hand around her neck and shoulder, attempting to make her follow him.
The woman was visibly uncomfortable with the gesture and tried to get away but the foreign man was persistent in following her and even insisted that he was alone. The streamer can be seen trying to escape the man’s grip and repeatedly telling him to leave her alone. Unfortunately, the pervert shamelessly continued to pursue her and even pinned her against the wall at one point.
The whole incident was seen by her viewers who could only watch helplessly. Thankfully, a passerby entered the staircase they were on which prompted the offender to flee the scene to avoid any confrontation. Since then, the clip went viral on social media with many being concerned for the Korean woman. It was reported that she would not be filing a police report as she would be leaving the country the next day.
As seen in the comments above, some were confused as to why the streamer refused to go to the police to report the assault while others assumed that she wanted to avoid a possible threat in the future since she is a streamer which means that it’s possible for the perpetrator to find her again online.
A few claimed to have found the offender’s socials but this information is yet to be verified. At the time of writing, there have been no updates from Hong Kong authorities if they are investigating this case. We hope that the streamer is feeling better and is safe from harm.
