Delivery riders have been caught on camera doing things they shouldn’t be, from performing dangerous stunts while on the road to flipping the bird after running a red light. However, this Grab rider was caught doing something many wished would never happen to them.

The story came from Singaporean Hazique Hibri, who detailed the incident through a TikTok video. According to Haziqie, he had placed an order for a McDonald’s meal that came with a Milo drink. However, right before the order was delivered, Hazique revealed that the Grab rider had taken several sips from his cup of Milo.

@haziquehibri

can’t believe this is what ends up being my first ever TikTok 💀 #fooddelivery #grabfood #service #unclestengmymilo #unclecheckforpoison #goodbyeMILOver jumping back in to address some of the common questions you guys had: *Which part of the East?* this was from a Macs in Tamp *Drop his name?* According to some news sites that spoke with Grab, they’ve already banned him from the platform so I don’t think there’s a need to publicly share it. Delivery partners should just take note of this guy tho. *Camera?* To clarify, this was a camera integrated within the intercom system so he did this at the lift lobby, not in front of my door.

In the video, Hazique included footage from an intercom system, believed to be his apartment. The footage showed the delivery rider gulping down the drink. At first, Hazique thought the rider had ordered a separate drink but was proven wrong, as the man had only one drink with him. According to Hazique, the cup he received from the rider was sopping wet, particularly near the lid.

When he confronted the rider for his actions, the customer said the man did not apologise and just feigned ignorance. After the incident, Hazique contacted Grab Singapore and received a full refund for his order. A news source in Singapore also reported that the rider has been banned for his actions.

Hazique’s story has since gone viral amongst the locals, with most expressing shock at the rider’s actions. The video also had many sharing their stories of food delivery riders stealing from their orders, like one who said they were only left 1/4 of their fries when they received their order. Some also said the video will remind them to be more alert when receiving their orders.
