Not too long ago, a primary school in Perak celebrated World Children’s Day. The students there have been given the task of dressing up to school with “occupations” as its theme. Many children came wearing army suits, lab coats with stethoscopes, blazers with name tags, and many more.
But what made this particular child stand out is that she is wearing an orange polo shirt indicating that her father is a staff member at a municipal council in Perak. In the father’s eyes, it is a humble occupation, so he urged his daughter to wear something else.
But to his surprise, his daughter was still insistent on donning the bright orange polo! According to mStar, the young girl named Auni, is proud of her father’s occupation, explaining that the work her father did had raised her well. The appreciation shown by Auni at school touched the heart of her father who then shared pictures of them on TikTok.
Scrolling through the comment section, netizens are extremely happy to see this young girl proud of her father’s career. Almost all of the comments are of them being happy seeing this child donning what she is proud of. One comment says “A child with a great mind. She knows the value of every job is beneficial to religion, race, and country. Congratulations to her parents,“.
