Last month, Tomorrow X Together (투모로우바이투게더) released their comeback album “The Star Chapter: TOGETHER”, marking the final arc of their “Chapter” storyline. The record also features solo tracks from each member, highlighting their distinctive personalities and artistry. Yeonjun (연준)’s “Ghost Girl” was the first solo track to be released as a single from the album.
The song received an overwhelmingly positive response from both fans and critics, but it only scratches the surface of what the idol is capable of. Reports suggest that TXT’s eldest member is now working on his first solo album, and here’s what we know so far:

Yesterday (Tuesday, 26th August), Yeonjun surprised fans with a brief 15-second livestream on Instagram. The idol was seen moving under a spotlight to an unreleased track before the music suddenly cut off. A voice could be heard behind the camera, leading many to presume that the 25-year-old was in the middle of filming a music video.
In the livestream chat, fans immediately speculated that it could be linked to his forthcoming solo project. According to Korean media reports, the rapper is currently working on his first solo album. Yeonjun is said to have already recorded a significant portion of the tracks, with plans for a potential November release. The TXT member is reportedly filming the music videos for the singles overseas.

In terms of collaborations, rumours suggest that the record could feature several international rappers and singers, although there is no evidence to support this at present. Still, that has not stopped fans from hoping Yeonjun might team up with their favourite artists. At the time of writing, neither the idol nor BIGHIT MUSIC has made an official announcement. If the reports prove true, this would mark Yeonjun’s first major solo project since his “GGUM” mixtape in 2024.
