That’s right! You’ve heard it. E.D.T is back with their annual Halloween Party!
This Halloween makes for E.D.T’s fourth consecutive Halloween party and Hype Malaysia decided to speak to the masterminds behind the event for the inside scoop of what partygoers can expect from this year’s party!
Who makes up E.D.T?
E.D.T is actually made up by a trio of Dj Edz, DJ taKa and Denesh D’maniac. We are three friends who share a love and interest in partying. Always out looking for a good time or a good party, we decided to put our creative minds together and come up with our very own events because we love to party and so we know what would be expected of a party.
What is special about your Halloween party?
Well as mention, we love to party so we know how to give revellers a good time. Our Halloween event is actually an annual event which started four years ago. It started off as a very small party where it only consisted of thirty of our friends partying away in a hotel room. In the following year, we decided to do it on a bigger scale and we had the Halloween party in a pub in Taman Tun Dr Ismail where we drew a crowd of at least a hundred people and to us that was a huge accomplishment because we went from a room party of thirty people to a proper party of a hundred people. Our last Halloween party which took place at a club in Mont Kiara last year is our biggest to date as we pulled in a crowd of two hundred people.
Where will this year’s Halloween party be held?
Our main objective apart from giving people a good time is to bring the party closer to town. A place that is not secluded per say but one that is nearer for most people, one where there is less traffic and ample parking space which is why, we are having our Halloween party at Bar Tres, Sunway Giza this year and the party falls on October 26th, 2013 (Saturday) from 10.00pm till late.
What can revellers expect from the night?
It will be a fantastic night of good music, great atmosphere with people dressed up in their favourite costumes and a whole lot of fun! As we do every year, E.D.T will also be awarding an attractive prize to the person who is best dressed so come dressed your best!
What is next for E.D.T.?
We normally plan two annual events to keep the hype and exclusivity going but for next year we are actually looking at throwing events on a quarterly basis. For now, our DJs are doing their own thing – DJ Edz is the resident DJ at The Butter Factory and DJ taKa is busy playing for events around the country.
