These Christmas Treats Are Guaranteed To Warm Your Heart & Belly

There’s plenty of things to love about Christmas. The jolly spirit, the presents, and of course, the special treats that only surface during this special time of the year.

Most of the time, Christmas treats bring to mind candy canes, gingerbread houses and gingerbread men, minty sweets, chocolates and much more. But, while not everything is available in Malaysia, we’ve some sweet goodies to enjoy here too!

1. Coffee Bean

This year, Coffee Bean is keen on bringing together friends and family with some tasty treats. For starters, latte lovers can choose between Macadamia White Chocolate Latte, Double Chocolate Peppermint Latte, or the Gibraltar Peppermint Latte. If you’re looking for something that isn’t too sweet, we definitely recommend the Gibraltar Peppermint Latte.

Of course, you’ll need some food to go with your drinks. This year, Coffee Bean is offering chocolaty delights, The Winter Berry and Starry Starry Night to satisfy those chocolate cake cravings. Customers can also choose the Warm Winter Log, Happy Holiday Log and Snowy Holiday which make for suitable Christmas dinner centrepieces.

Pastiries and cookies are also available, simple check out their Jingle Berry Swirl, Panettone Frost, Lil’ Mr Snow and the Jolly Breadman. Finally, enjoy a taste of nostalgia with Grandpa’s Chicken Sandwich and Grandma’s Smoked Duck Salad.

2. Elevete Patisserie

Since this is also the season of gifting, homegrown brand Elevete Patisseries is offering delicacies options from a a selection of cupcakes, macarons to cakes and brownies. Convenience is key, so the patisserie has introduced the Christmas Gâteaux de Voyage Trio, which is a selection of travel cakes that you can surprise loved ones or simply enjoy at home with a cuppa.

The Gâteaux De Voyage Trio includes:

  • The Grandma’s Fruit Cake with Biscoff Ganache, Apricot Glaze is a modern take on the traditional Grandma’s Fruit Cake. Made with mixed fruits soaked in orange juice, walnuts and cinnamon, stuffed with Biscoff ganache and glazed with apricot.
  • The Raspberry Kaffir Lime Pound Cake with Raspberry Jam & Lime Glaze gives a refreshing option for those looking for a twist of a traditional pound cake. The pound cake is infused with an aromatic Kaffir Lime, balanced with the tanginess of our homemade raspberry jam, topped with homemade lime glaze and raspberry crispies.
  • The Sticky Date Pudding with Soft Caramel, Milk Chocolate Caramel Glaze is a comfort dessert. Made from the finest quality dates and premium ingredients combine to produce a classic and simple cake coated completely with a caramel chocolate glaze enveloping the soft caramel filling in its center.

Elevete Patisserie Classics:

  • The Christmas Macaron Tower and the Macaron Wreath are made and decorated with Red Velvet and Chocolate Mint macarons, Cherries and Blueberries fruits.
  • Elevete Patisserie is bringing back a Moist Chocolate Cake aka the Christmas Log Cake with Elevete’s Signature Salted Caramel buttercream rolled and covered with rich dark couverture chocolate frosting in a more exciting design.
  • The Christmas Nutella Stacked Brownies is a show-stopping stacked brownie that will definitely grab the attention of many. Standing tall at 8 inches, 36 bite-sized Nutella brownies are stacked and adorned with Christmas decorations and ready for a party. Perfect for a generous looking gift or a centerpiece on your dessert table.

Starbucks is stepping up its game this year by being the gift that keeps on giving. Celebrate the jolly holiday with Starbucks’ newest “Holiday Your Way” collection! Introducing their new Gingerbread Latte! We had the opportunity to have a sip of this drink and it’s simply worth your taste buds. It also tastes better with the signature Fruitcake!

But that’s not all. In collaboration with the movie “Emily In Paris”, the brand also launched its new “Emily In Paris” collection! 4. Oh Cha Matcha
