Earlier this year, singer Shila Amzah and podcaster Ubai Mz confirmed their relationship with fans and even hinted at their plans to marry in the near future. The lovebirds even spent the recent Raya holidays together as they happily posed together with the singer’s son Seth in an Instagram post.
Everything seemed to be going well for the two for the past few months but earlier today (Wednesday, 24th May), both celebs shared a post on their respective IG accounts that hinted that they have called it quits.
Shila Amzah posted a photo of her and Ubai together on her Instagram with a caption that reads, “Thank you for the wonderful 5 months. You’ve been a great partner to me, thank you for showing love to Seth. I will only wish the best for you and may you be blessed with everything you wished for. Thank you for everything. I’ll treasure these memories always.”
The post stirred up some concerns among fans who have shown support for their relationship. Many asked the mother-of-one to clarify what the caption means as they feared that the two may have already broken up. Others, however, suggested that there’s nothing to worry about as the Asian Wave winner may just be showing her appreciation for her man.
If the singer’s post wasn’t worrying enough, the 25-year-old public figure also posted on his IG story with loving words that reads, “I will stay in love with you because no one has made me feel the way you did. Thank you, love.” The background music used for his post was “A Thousand Years” by Christina Perri, a love song that was featured in the “Twilight: Breaking Dawn” movie.
Just yesterday, the “Selamanya Cinta” songstress was seen leaving a cafe with presumably the digital creator as seen in the screenshot above. At the time of writing, neither Shila nor Ubai have come forward to address their confusing posts. Whatever the case, we hope that everything is alright with the two.

During a recent IG live stream, Shila Amzah finally came forward to address her cryptic post. The singer clarified she was simply expressing her appreciation for her lover and that they have not broken up as rumours suggested.
