Last month, Kelantan royal couple His Royal Highness Tengku Mahkota Muhammad Fa-iz Petra ibni Almarhum Sultan Ismail Petra and his wife Her Highness Che Puan Mahkota Sofie Louise Johansson officially announced the name of their firstborn son along with photos of the baby.
Tengku Muhammad Johan Petra was born on 17th July (Monday), which now makes him 1 month old. Netizens have been waiting for more photos of the royal baby meeting his other royal family members and it looks like their wish has come true.
Her Highness The Crown Princess Sofie Louise Johansson recently posted a photo on her Instagram of her firstborn son meeting his two famous uncles; Sultan Muhammad V and Tengku Muhammad Fakhry Petra. The 12th Sultan of Kelantan can be seen holding his nephew in his arms while the third Crown Prince simply posed right beside the newborn infant.
“Baby Johan is very happy to meet with his 2 Uncles,” Her Highness captioned the photo. The post garnered more than 8k likes from netizens and some have left comments about the adorable get-together, congratulating the two Royals uncles for the newest addition to the family.
In other news, Her Highness The Crown Princess Sofie Louise shared that she received her Malaysian Identification Card (IC) from the Ministry of Home Affairs last week. This meant that Her Highness had officially renounced her Sweden nationality in order to become a Malaysian citizen as the Government of Malaysia does not recognised dual citizenship.
For your information, foreign women who marry Malaysian men may apply for citizenship after living in the country for at least two years with the intention of permanently settling in Malaysia. However, as mentioned, they’d have to give up their previous nationality.
