The battle of Nasi Lemak is on!
It seems that more and more food franchise are attempting to outdo each other with their own version Nasi Lemak speciality. The latest on the menu? Signature at The Roof’s Nasi Lemak Tower.
In celebration of Malaysia’s 60th Independence Day, the gastro-lounge at Damansara Utama has put an interesting twist on the beloved local dish. Consists of 2 main meat dishes, the Nasi Lemak Tower comes with curry mutton and chicken rendang alongside 2 rice scoops stacked on top of one another. The dish also has slices of tomatoes and cucumbers as well as eggs, peanuts and ikan bilis.
Do note however that the Nasi Lemak Tower is only available from now till September. Yep, you only have these 2 months to try it. If you think this dish is rather hefty (in terms of portion and price), you can always share it with a friend or family member.
