Rita Rudaini Claps Back At Dr Rafidah: “Why Are You Mad When People Call You Puan Dogtor?”

Rita Rudaini has been making headlines throughout the MCO period. If you’ve been following her on IG, the local celeb has been very vocal in expressing her opinions regarding certain issues, especially where Covid-19 vaccination is concerned.

Recently, the 45-year-old once again took to her Instagram to issue her response to the statement left by Putrajaya Hospital Medical Consultant and Nephrologist, Dr Rafidah Abdullah, on her official Twitter account.

“For those who do not or will not follow the rules and regulation of Malaysia, please leave the country. We don’t want you here anyway. Thank you,” the 49-year-old medical practitioner wrote on her social media.

“For those Malaysian anti-vaxxers, you can stay, I guess. You are the minority,”  Dr. Rafidah added in another thread on Twitter. “But [you can] stay in some gua (cave). That is, if the cave wants to welcome you guys in. Thank you.”

Apparently, Rita wasn’t having it with the netizen’s remark. “Who the hell is she? What does the title ‘Dr.’ stand for? If it stands for doctor, I am very surprised of the brains that God has bestowed and blessed her with. I just found out, not all who are highly educated are intelligent. They only seem to do well in their examinations in their respective fields,” she wrote on her IG Story.

Seemingly undaunted by the immense amount of responses left by people from the aforementioned group, Dr. Rafidah tweeted, “Turns out, there are a lot of anti-vaxxers here lurking around on Twitter. I appreciate all of the criticism, and thanks for calling me ‘dogtor’,” before adding, “Maybe they’re just bored living inside their caves.”

As if her previous statement wasn’t enough, the “Kutub Utara Kutub Selatan” actress came up with another post on her Instagram to put Dr. Rafidah on blast. She wrote, “It’s okay for you to call people anti-vaxxers. But when people got angry and called you ‘dogtor’, you got triggered in return” along with a series of sleeping emojis.
