Ricky Martin is kicking off the new year with the announcement of a new life.
The proud dad took to social media surprised fans by revealing that he and husband Jwan Yosef have welcomed a new little addition into their lives: a daughter named Lucia Martin-Yosef.
“We are beyond happy to announce that we have become parents to a beautiful and healthy baby girl, Lucia Martin-Yosef. It has been a special time for us and we cant wait to see where this stellar baby will take us. Both her beautiful brothers and me and Ricky have fallen in love with Lucia,” Yosef, 34, captioned the sweet image.
The 47-year-old Grammy winner also shared the same photo. “We are excited to announce that we have become parents of a beautiful and healthy girl whom we have named Lucia Martin-Yosef,” he wrote in Spanish. “This has undoubtedly been a unique birthday and celebration of Christmas in our lives.”
The “Livin’ La Vida Loca” singer already has 2 boys – 9-year-old twin sons Matteo and Valentino, whom he has been raising with his hubby. “My kids ask me about having two daddies and I tell them we are a part of a modern family,” Martin previously told Out magazine about his expanding family. “This is a beautiful sense of freedom.”
