Sushant Singh Rajput’s death has sent shock waves throughout the entertainment industry after the 34-year-old Bollywood star was found dead yesterday.
Reports say that the Indian heartthrob allegedly committed suicide after a servant found his body hanging in his home in Bandra, Mumbai. Police is still investigating the case as there was no suicide note to be found.
The family released a statement, saying:
“It pains us to share that Sushant Singh Rajput is no longer with us. We request his fans to keep him in their thoughts and celebrate his life and his work like they have done so far. We request the media to help us maintain privacy at this moment of grief.”
Needless to say, Sushant’s untimely passing has left millions of his fans heartbroken. Numerous celebrities have also taken to social media to pay their condolences to the late star. They include Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Riteish Deshmukh, together with Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi.

This heartbreaking news comes just days after his former manager, 28-year-old Disha Salian, killed herself by jumping from a high rise building on 9th June.
Sushant was last seen in Netflix’s “Drive”.
