K-pop songstress, Kim HyunA (김현아) has caused a massive stir on social media over her concerning physical conditions. A lot of fans pointed out that her physique is too “skinny”, particularly after coming across her most recent posting on her social media.
The former member of the girl group 4minute sent fans into a frenzy with a couple of sultry pics of herself on her Instagram. In the photos, the idol singer flaunted her unique fashion sense by matching a knee-length black padded jacket with a cropped tube top and slit skirt.
As for the accessories, Hyuna opted for a black designer’s bag, which blends in well with her grey two-piece outfit. She completed her quirky look with a pair of black stockings and killer heels. Although she looks undeniably hot in the photos, many fans were more focused on her alarmingly thin physique.
While several praised the female star, there were also some fans and netizens who showed their concerns after noticing that HyunA had lost a lot of weight over the past few weeks. In fact, as seen in the photo posted on her Instagram, her ribs were clearly visible even when she was sitting. To quote one commenter, “No matter how thin you are, your belly fat will normally stick out when you sit down.”
Furthermore, there were also others who voiced their concerns about the influence HyunA had towards her younger fans, especially with her current status as an idol. In this case, concerns are growing over whether HyunA’s skinny body is emerging as an object of envy for some teenagers.
