Held every last Sunday of the month, the luxurious brunch experience combines refined gastronomy, breathtaking skyline views, and the sparkle of champagne in a truly elevated affair.
Perched high on Level 75, Merdeka Grill presents an indulgent spread that celebrates both culinary craftsmanship and luxury dining. Guests can savour signature dishes prepared à la minute alongside Chef Holger’s Chocolate & Cheese buffet table placed at Cacao Mixology & Chocolate, starring his exquisite 71% Chocolate Mille-Feuille. A premium seafood showcase takes centre stage with an Arctic Shrimp Tower, King Crab, Rock Lobster, and a bountiful oyster counter, complemented by a Live Tartare station and other seasonal highlights.
The Champagne Brunch begins with unlimited non-alcoholic beverages and housemade kombucha served from the Kombucha Trolley. Guests may enhance their afternoon with alcoholic beverages add-on, including unlimited prosecco, white and red wines, or indulge in the ultimate Champagne Brunch at RM 888+ per person, featuring unlimited Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé Champagne and signature cocktails such as Whisky Sour and Negroni from the cocktail trolley, accompanied by the soulful melodies of a live saxophone performance.
