Actress Neelofa and her celebrity siblings are known for their good looks – but a lot of work goes into achieving their envy-inducing beauty and according to older sister Noor Nabila, some of the sisters’ best tips and tricks come from mum Datin Noor Kartini.
In an interview with local media, the entrepreneur shared the skincare tips passed down from her mother. Affectionately called Datin Tini, Noor Kartini is known for her youthful appearance despite being a mother of 9 in her late 50s – but to maintain her looks, she religiously follows a few skincare tips.
One tip Noor Nabila shared is to consume honey every single day. While she did not mention how much she consumes, eating even a spoonful of the sweet substance can be beneficial for the skin. Honey is known to be moisturising and packed with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties.
The other skincare tip the 38-year-old practices is thoroughly cleansing the skin, saying that her mother is particularly strict on maintaining a clean face and taking care of the skin. Cleansing is considered an essential part of skin care to remove the impurities that can cause blemishes and dullness.
Since Noor Nabila said that all her sisters follow her mother’s beauty tips, maybe we can try these tips for skin as great as theirs.
