Naomi Campbell still remembers the first time she met Brunei Prince Haji Abdul Azim even though it was decades ago.
Prince Abdul Mateen recently posted a tribute to his late elder brother, explaining what ultimately led to Prince Azim’s unfortunate death.
The public and many well-known figures offered their heartfelt condolences in the comments section. However, one particular comment that stood out was Naomi Campbell herself.
Referring to the cute throwback photo in the Instagram post, the 50-year-old supermodel wrote, “This is how I met you in the 90’s both in your suits , I will never forget that day. Azim brought light and joy to all that knew him .. and so instinctive and protective! He was an angel on this earth. I will forever hold him in my heart. My deepest condolences to you TM and your family.”
Prince Azim was previously seen posing side by side the gorgeous British model during the Marc Jacobs fashion runway show during London Fashion Week in 2007.
