Miss Hong Kong (香港小姐競選) 2017’s runner up Regina Ho (何依婷) has been a fan favourite since her debut six years ago. It’s easy to see why, with her pleasant personality, sweet demeanour and her admirable trait of working hard.
Regina Ho has been the apple of many eyes, but in 2018, she broke many hearts when it was discovered she was in love. Well, fast forward a few years to yesterday (6th November), and Regina announced amazing news. She is finally tying the knot with her sweetheart!
The 29-year-old actress took the her socials on Monday to reveal that she and her beau have officially taken the next step in their relationship. She also uploaded a series of photos of them in Paris with the Eiffel Tower in the background.
“I was a student when I first came here,” she shared in her caption. “I fell in love with this romantic city at an ignorant age, (and) made a wish to return here again in the future with the person I love.” Well, Regina’s wish certainly came true as her photos show her looking radiant in a gown, him in a smart tux, and noticeably enough, a large ring on her ring finger.
“Thank you for always holding me in your hands. Thank you for making my dreams come true,” Regina continued, directing her words to her husband-to-be. “Say yes to my love, my best friend, and my soulmate.” Friends and fans have since flooded her comments section to congratulate her on her new chapter in life, with many more expressing their happiness over her good news.
In spite of her success in the entertainment industry, Regina Ho hasn’t had the smoothest path. A few years ago, she was suspected of living a luxurious lifestyle beyond her means, and following that, she received criticism for her performance in “A Love Of No Words (十月初五的月光)”.
Still, the actress has never let such things get her down and it’s certainly a delight to see her happy with her beau! We too extend out congratulations to her and wish Regina Ho all the best in her next chapter.
